We can say generally that effective programs for distance education is based on proper planning and understanding based on course requirements and academic needs of students. There is no appropriate technology is chosen only after verification of the detailed understanding of these elements. There is no ambiguity in how they are developing effective education programs from a distance, where this is not done extempore, but through hard work and tireless efforts of many individuals and organizations. In fact, the successful programs in the field of distance education depends on the continued efforts and complementary to each of: students, faculty - guides and technical teams, and administrators.
