Research entitled A Proposed Model for the development of management systems, e-learning via computer networks

This research aims to propose a model for the development of management systems, e-learning Arabic E-learning through computer networks, and because of the scarcity of these models in Arab circles, with the proliferation of Internet access in the Arab world and enable the Arab user from using and being influenced by the Internet and trading systems, e-learning foreign and integration with them and being influenced by their culture and traditions, which were absent at the time when the systems for management systems e-learning Arabic, which invited the researcher to examine this problem and how to overcome them through the proposed model.

Introduction:

With the spread of the Internet and use of the Web emerged new techniques allow the circulation of e-learning systems, has helped the emergence of digital technology and methods of data compression systems, multimedia and e-learning systems from different nationalities to provide services to the community of Internet users. With the entry of the Internet in the Arab world enables the user to the Arab web of trading systems, e-learning and foreign mergers with and vulnerable to their own culture and traditions while absent when the systems of e-learning Arabic counterpart, compared with the vast amount of systems, e-learning foreign and in particular training exercises across networks, which aims to the development of human resources and training. Where organizations concerned with the production of Arab training systems, training, regardless of management after production and circulation when computer networks across the local and global, and which led to the inability to compete.

Research problem:

So the problem of keyword and running study on the examination and overcome its lack of a form that can be relied upon in the management of e-learning systems through computer networks in the environment.

Has been determined by the scope of the problem on the basis of the scarcity of tools available for process management systems, e-learning, and most companies and organizations with expertise in the Arab interest in some sub-systems for the management systems of e-learning such as interest in the existence of a huge amount of interactive graphics in the user interface regardless of time of arrival and the appearance to the user over the network.

Hypotheses:

And work study to prove the validity of the following hypothesis:

"The development of a model of the Arab environment to manage e-learning systems, transmitted across networks of computers lead to higher rates of utilization"

Research Objectives:

The aim of this study was to investigate the reality of systems management e-learning through computer networks in general and the Internet in particular in the Arab environment, and the need for systems to manage, and access to a range of management models and technical that can be relied upon in the management systems of e-learning in the Arab Environment via the Internet.

And a set of principles and requirements that can be relied upon when building a system to manage e-learning systems through computer networks and the Internet in particular.

One of these principles and requirements:

Content management systems associated with e-learning.

Department of transport systems, e-learning.

E-learning management systems available on the web.

The importance of research:

The importance of research that the existence of such a model will encourage private and public centers (universities) to invest in these systems in order to achieve the return on investment, as well as to enable the Arab user to take advantage of these systems, and work to keep pace with this progress.

Research Methodology:

The research methodology was designed to include the use of the field study based on a survey descriptive study of the dimensions of the reality of the use of e-learning systems in the Arab world. Where the researcher on a range of approaches to achieve the objectives of the research and make sure of the validity of this hypothesis include the curriculum:

Curriculum Survey Survey Methodology used to identify the current status of the systems of e-learning in the Arab environment, and determine the extent to which is done through questionnaires and observations of the training centers and distance learning, which can be accessed through a search on search engines Arab and foreign countries on the Internet.

Analysis approach Metn sites web pages Content Analysis Methodology is the analysis of the content of web pages for the centers and a sample of Arab education centers and training of foreign and number (33).

Building form: a study practice management systems, e-learning models and management provided by international organizations, has been reached on a set of principles and requirements needed by the management system of e-learning and arbitration to reach the final form of these principles and requirements which included the list after the arbitration (15) basis falls below (45) is a prerequisite, and subdivided into (189) sub-requirement.

Experimental method: the design and production management system for e-learning systems through the site design to a university building on the electronic form prepared for that and downloading on the Internet.

Prepare a list of assessment rates to take advantage of the system: derived from the set of international standards provided by the international research centers, taking into account the nature of the Arab environment.

This list consists of (45) standard and can even make sure of their suitability with the Arab environment has been judged by a select group of experts in the field of education and training, networking and web design.

Through the study was reached in three stages that must be met in the system of systems management as an input to a comprehensive e-learning takes into account the technical and administrative forms that have been reached and there is within each phase a set of

Basis and include all on the basis of a set of requirements and is the main stages of: -

Phase I: content management systems associated with e-learning.

Phase II: transfer of management systems, e-learning and circulation.

Phase III: e-learning management systems available on the web.

The research procedures included six key actions linked to the definition and description of the problem and the development of the proposed model and tested and is being evaluated by potential users. These stages are: -

Design and review questionnaires and judged by samples of users and experts.

Distribution of questionnaires by e-mail sent and received.

Determine the structural interviews and personal observations related to visits to various centers.

Analysis of data collected and the use of statistical analysis.

Writing the research report and presentation of findings and Tusianh.

Form design (and location) and the production management system of e-learning systems.

Was reached on a set of results reached the effectiveness of the proposed model for systems management e-learning via computer networks, where he was a potential benefit in the Arab environment, and convenience with the conditions of self-development for managers, ease of use and follow-up self, ease of evaluation and joint work between the managers, confidentiality of results and speed of access, exchange of experience and understanding and comprehension speed access for the session (program) in which you want to register

At any time, any place, the possibility of modifying the content of the educational program in line with the level of educational development, training and appropriateness of the proposed model with the nature of the role of the user (learner, trainee, teacher, instructor, service provider).

Recommendations:

One of the main recommendations: the necessity of adopting the proposed model and its application in education centers (universities, e-management training centers and distance education and study findings of the principles and requirements and work on developing them to serve the Arab environment in light of the technological development of the variable.

It is the contributions made by research in the field of information systems presented a set of principles and requirements upon which to build a model for managing learning systems and training as evidence essential to ensure proper recruitment of information technology and benefit from them.
