The impact of the interaction between methods of controlling the educational program in e-learning and cognitive styles
On the development of skills to produce some educational materials to the students of the College of Education

Crystallized the research problem is the need to detect the impact of the changing design of the control of educational programs, e-learning in their interaction with the characteristics of learners of cognitive styles and on learning outcomes of the development of skills of students of the College of Education in the production of some educational materials were formulated in the main question is the following:
What is the effect of interaction between the educational method of control (learner control / control program) in the program of e-learning and some cognitive styles
(Independence / dependence) on the cognitive domain, (rush / meditation) on the production skills semination of educational materials to the students of the College of Education.
Were analyzed to seven sub-questions to reach a solution to the problem of scientific research and then targeted research is the following:
• The production of e-learning program in the two treatments; the first method of control of the learner, and the second program control method, according to a systematic instructional design.
• disclosure of the effectiveness of tutorial ebook in the development of skills, production of educational materials to the students of the College of Education.
• disclosure of the effectiveness of the control method in the educational program of e-learning skills in the development of production of educational materials to the students of the College of Education and accredited independent cognitive, as well as impulsive and Almitroyen.
• disclosure of the effectiveness of the control method in the educational program of e-learning skills in the development of production of educational materials to the students of the College of Education and impulsive Almitroyen.
• Detection of an interaction between each of the cognitive styles (dependence / independence) on the cognitive domain, rush / meditation) and the control method in the educational program to collect e-learning, performance and time faculty of education students learn the skills of the production of educational materials.
The researcher used the research methodology Developmental (technology protocol) in technology education in the development of e-learning program targeted at the two treatments are the method of control the learner, and method of control program), and the research methodology and experimental design, factorial (2x4) to answer the questions of the research sub-hypotheses testing research that has been formulated in number eight hypotheses.
The sample consists of (160) students of the students third year Faculty of Education, Damietta and distributed to groups of experimental design (2x4), was prepared and the use of four tools after confirmation of the validity of (1) achievement test objective to measure student achievement in the skills of production of educational materials, ( 2) observation cards to assess student performance skills in the production of educational materials, (3) test forms included "and Itkn"'s Assembly of the method of knowledge (dependence / independence), (4) test mating shapes of the method of knowledge (rush / meditation) was applied search experience according to procedures of the research data was collected and the application of research tools. The researcher used statistical methods based on computer (SPSS) to test hypotheses.
The results indicate the effectiveness of tutorial-mail proposed in the development of both the collection and the performance of students the skills of production of educational materials, also found that the method of control of the educational impact of key D in the time of student learning, while he has no effects on the development of collection and the performance of students. And that the method of knowledge (Promotion / rush) the impact of D on the time of student learning and development achievement and has no effect on their performance, and that the method of knowledge (adoption / independence) the impact of D on the time of student learning and development achievement and has no effect on their performance, and found results to that of the interaction between the method of knowledge (independence / dependence on the domain cognitive) and the control method educational impact of D on the development of the collection of students from the Faculty of Education, performance and time of learning. With regard to the interaction between the method of knowledge (Promotion / rush) and the control method of education (control learner / control program) it is to D effect on the development of both the collection and student performance, while have no effect on the time of D. student learning.
In conclusion, the researcher discussed the research findings and their implications in the design of educational programs, e-learning technology in education, research also includes a number of recommendations and proposals for subsequent research.
